I E-mailed him earlier today as I dove-in to find these extra beds. I looked at Florida (Seastone Delray Health, Delray Andrews RE), Edgar, and Colorado. I could not find anything pointing to more beds. As I continued, I received a reply from Mr. Leon. 40 beds at 1 facility and they are leasing the 51 unit property in Canada to another company. This gives me even more confidence in GRST. He replied in a few hours on a Sunday. EMAIL below
