I don't care if lbhi pays us or if new company "nols" pays us

for what it is worth this motion is worth it
no reason that lbie cts should be paid and not lhbi cts paid

now indirectly we are 10b thru the trustee
10b has not receive anything to date

this por is not following the usually waterfall rules
