Annual taxes are $200,000
So in 2019, somebody filed the annual report for 2020, but didn't pay the annual taxes for 2020 when they came due on 1/05/2020.
Then on 1/05/2021 the next annual taxes came due.
That's why the total due is $400,000 plus some late fees.
As far as Zoglo's Incredible Foods and FoodFest America Inc having the same address.
yes they do, because Henry Ender is running both entities.
But neither entity has anything to do with the public vehicle FDFT.
Ender sold control of the FDFT shell in 2013 and took his business private.

The problem is that the name/symbol of the ticker never got changed since then so it seems to easily confuse some people --- either that or some people intentionally use it to mislead.
Will Ender decide to use the FDFT shell that he left 8 years ago to take the Zongo's spin off public? Highly unlikely for all the reasons mentioned in the above links (especially the second), but I guess it's fun for some people to speculate.
