Correct, not disgruntled. More like exasperated and for good reason. So, they either have boffo sales numbers that they don't care to disclose at this time (for some odd reason) or they have sales at a level of mediocre or below.
If it's the latter it will probably be disgusted dumping time on 3/30. If it's mediocre sales then it's obvious they don't see the C test segment in the same way you or I do. That would signal they are content to continue down a mediocre path and just get by with the small share filings and wait for the other testing to come back.
All shareholders have been asking for is a reason to believe. No one wants to invest in a mediocre company. If they can't find longer term investors, then the price won't withstand any selling.
So, if it's trade from .10 to .25, so be it but it's not proper for the company to pretend it's' anything more than that if they are not pushing to become a stronger company. It's also kind of bogus to expect shareholders to absorb more share offerings just so the company can maintain the status quo.
