A crucial judiciary topic that deserves immediate Congress action. Senators Tillis and Coons were working on improving the current patent law.

Seems to me, Senator Tillis specifically asked Justice Amy Coney Barret about this in her confirmation hearing, and she was in favor of making Alice more clear. Let's hope the other Justices see it the same way!
