EDXC CEO Speaks Live at Benzinga Cannabis Conference

Key Notes:

Master distribution agreement - Launching into 5 States now and going into 45 States. Access to a million stores eventually. Revenue example:10,000 stores with one SKU can go up to $50M then to $500M in 5 years.

Pet Division - Finished two years of testing with horses and had fantastic results. Already spreading across Eastern seaboard with horse community. Dogs and cats' division expanding as well. Dosing and intake are very important to benefit animals. CBD Unlimited does proper R&D for years to get it right. Todd then gave more examples of horses seeing terrific results with the product testing. Science is the way to get there.

DJ Khaled - DJ Khaled worked with Endexx to develop a whole new product line that met his goals as he is a 25% owner and not just an endorser. Product rolling out in near future and testing has shown the product will be a great seller. DJ Khaled being invested in this and a partner really shows the spirit of Endexx with collaboration and our mission to educate people about the health benefits.

NASDAQ - Todd then spoke about EDXC and it being in the last stages and ready to file Form 10 and become fully reporting. Todd mentioned a goal of NASDAQ.
