I knew the clause that if the price GWAC stayed above $18 that it would affect the warrants had to be in there somewhere.

"Warrants redeemable if stock > $18.00. We will provide our public shareholders with the opportunity to redeem all or a public shares upon the completion of our public of our initial business combination at a per share price payable in cash...."

So, if you're nervous about the company being a start up, and not yet producing bitcoin, you can always put some of your money into warrants. $GWACW
