Hi Jim,

What is the monthly limit for the conversion? And is there a floor price?

Why did NioCorp go with such a painful financing with Lind? There is no limit to the amount of dilution here if I’m not mistaken?

Why couldn’t NioCorp wait for the bigger financing to avoid a convertible security? Or a private placement?

Lol no its not bad. I understand that he couldn't answer some of the questions because Lind is the only one willing to finance them but he could've definitely answered the first question.

I want to avoid posting on the board. We know how people that don't own shares get treated. Especially those that question management.
