We don't know the terms and conditions of the lease Tom.

What we do know is the city was "providing" a building for an operator to provide acute care facility

We all know the previous operator left too

So what that tells me is that region cannot support an acute care facility without more support. Rennova cannot carry out its plan in a pandemic.


I will say there is to maintain a building or its HVAC,plumbing,electrical is far different than replacing HVAC, electrical and or structural that do not meet standards

You can't "grandfather in" certain defrnciencies I assume the city council is oblivious in methods of standards. Other than the facade on Jellico when was the building built?

I'm sure the coal furnace has been replaced, and the oil lamps.
