RBC deserves the money if the Dr succeeds in his business plan.

5 times the initial contribution is fair for a risky startup.

Also, the return should be guaranteed. That is how lending is supposed to work.

As I said- everybody here has their eyes wide open. If Dr S fails this stock will head into a toxic death spiral. I understand the risk and I am prepared to take it.
