1000%!. Chan doesn't care a whit about shareholders as long as the numbers are working for his interest.
And, I don't care that he doesn't care, except it's nerve-wracking.
I have seen a couple of awesome CEO's whose cos have shown the results of their daily grind and they still keep/kept a dialog going with the shareholders...It's what makes a competent CEO a 'great' CEO.
