There is no way that note is being paid off

Are you sure about that or is that just an opinion? If the market sees that Sunshine has an effective solution for limited the spread of Covid OR the pancreatic cancer trials go well then venture capitalists will take out those notes quickly.

The chances of this happening are not good, but that is why we are here. We want this risk in exchange for the chance of a huge reward.
