CyDy has been and is more cash stripped now, and the FDA has and does know this.

If conspiracy's theory's are to be entertained.

The FDA has pushed this out more, to further weigh on CyDy's need for diluted funding or a BP partnership(s), as it would aid its' big donors.

However, with their backs seemingly up against the wall now. They have placed themselves in a position to appear neutral, while allowing one of the Big Pharma's to get Cytodyn Inc. more toward the cheap or less expensive bid............MAY BE.
