Yup, with no toxic funding, PCTL will fly once its change to QB is announced.
Would be sweet if tier change hits a week for 2020 10-K fins with big revenue.

In the meantime, PCTL makes in-demand products, sales, deliveries, revenue.
jimr, patience is key. 2020 10-K at EOM, then 2021 Q1 fins, QB, news/updates.
