I emailed Availa asking about the 5 subsidiaries they referred to on their site....Never heard back, but I checked their site today and now see they only refer to having 2 subsidiaries. Interesting. I also noticed that they completely got rid of a few PBIO SEC filings they had referenced on their site. They also don’t specifically state having the UST technology anymore, however the description under their strategy still describes using what sounds like the UST technology. Pretty interesting updates.
