Hate to agree with DC, but with dilution, whether it be a CEO or toxic note holder, neither gives a poop about the pps...shares are free for the company and 40-50% discounted to the noteholder...the only loser is us retail who has no access to this insider shenanigans and gets whatever the market dictates.....hard to compete with free shares....IMO....ARSN$$
