Shorting a sub-penny stock is unrealistic. I know it's a popular excuse for underperforming stinky pinkies but it just doesn't happen in significant numbers. The margin requirements ($2.50 per share borrowed) and other fees make the concept financially unwise. Shorting a sub-penny with 100,000 shares would require a margin of $250,000 (two-hundred and fifty thousand dollars put at risk for a nominal possible gain). Think about it, the upside is extremely limited and the downside (possible losses) is unlimited... the stock could go to $1,000 a share or more.

ADHC has never had a significant SHORT INTEREST problem.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
