November annual meeting will be held after Murray Sahl and associated investors have bought up 30% of all shares. Old trustees own zilch. Their days may be numbered?
A lot of strategic changes and greater transparency may be coming. If index funds, ETFs and energy funds each needed to buy a 1% position in the now C-Corp TPL it might take as much as 50% of TPL shares? We may be surprised to see TPL over $1700 in next 24 months. And we might get some nice dividends along the way. Vote out the old trustees when you get your proxy statements in October.
