I think not.If they retired 300 billion shares,it would be big news and it would be all over the internet.In my opinion,this companies stock will not take off until they do a reverse split or retire shares or if they get a Form 4 filled out with the SEC with tons of inside buying, that can also do the trick. The stock is heavly dilluted,so matter how much the company makes,the stock will not go up that much.
a LITTLE TID BIT.Look at that major reverse split in 2016.
By the way ,I am a stockholder just holding for now, because I am affraid of another major reverse split.I am not being negative about the company,just very cautious.
