NWGC He doesn't win by default on the 23rd. The company has till the 23rd to respond. If no response Mark Miller has to present his case to the judge why he is a good candidate for a take over of the company. The 23rd is only a time frame for them to respond. No Response and Mark Miller's attorney can move forward and get a court date. Hopefully this all works out and no delays on a second court date with courts backed up. Mark Miller has to get possession before a news release can be put out. What if he doesn't get it? We would think so but never know until after the second court date.
