Now that it appears that NSAV's share price is solidly over
$0.01 and I have no reason to believe that won't continue, we will soon qualify for an uplisting to OTCQB, as I mentioned a few weeks ago and we will get that done ASAP as well.

I am in contact with NSAV's new PCAOB auditor and we will have them engaged asap, so we can keep our promise of finally being an SEC fully reporting company. I realize that this is long overdue and I apologize for that, but it will be corrected straightaway.
