It was not desperate bears. Do your DD. This is a hostile takeover attempt by a very nasty company. They are trying to disrupt the companies ability to conduct business.
They have 2 potential RM candidates, Resinosa LLC & Pharmstrong, lined up. MMG is trying to stop that from happening. If a RM goes through and they change company name, MMG will have next to nothing(nothing is what they have now).
