Here is our Attorney for the start of the Markman hearing

Our case is the only case slotted for 1:30 PM early morning same day there are 12-13 cases scheduled for around 9:30AM so either basic instruction will be given or the entire afternoon is needed. I think all cases can and are complicated so I believe this is more about the Judge ruling to proceed with the case. Our Attorney is well versed in Chinese so my thought is we are trying to show that at the beginning we were being screwed so this case should proceed.

At any rate who really knows but I feel this case is just in the beginning and will not end on that court date. We only are using 1 attorney on that date which leads me to feel HDC isn't worried about this case being shut down anytime soon or perhaps is the Judge is able to sway towards us this soon that Intel might be ready to settle?

Look I'm as clueless if not more than more here but still have hope.
