Plan administrator has filed an objection in very strong language -- this shows their frustration with Wu, Waske and gang. This is an unnecessary delay and I hope the judge grants plan administrators objection to permanently ban hearing of any future motions from Wu, waske and gang.

The POR is nearing closure and the sooner this jokers circus is kicked out of the way the better.
