I understand why you are frustrated. However the Chianese use their patience against any nogiation. As you say business is business. If they can out frustrate you they feel they are ahead of the game. In the Korean war I would have used the atomic bomb and they could have stuck their patience in their ear. If we had there would have been no Vietnam. I don't know if the reason for the holdup is their way of doing business but it could be one reason.
