There seems confusion on how to access SEC filings.

Form 4s show Brian Cox had multiple un-recorded trades.

And, that Cox informed the Market late and
after-the-fact that the weeks-prior $SURG volume was his insider trades.

Many were claiming retail was buying as $SURG began to rise in price.

It was actually CEO Brian Cox, as his late-filed Form 4 shows that CEO Brian Cox misled the Market about the trading volume and its origins.

We all know Cox did lots of buying and selling, and selling and buying, and claimed only purchases at the end of a single day.

We also all know Brian Cox is a scammer grifter.
