MAXD See this press release from Qualcomm clearly showing that the MAX Sound algorithm is actually being integrated into Qualcomm semiconductor chips! They also have an upcoming case against Google in a couple of weeks for patent infringement. The damages being sought are $120bn (not a typo) https://developer.qualcomm.com/case-study/max-d-complex-hardware-upgrade-becomes-simple-software-upgrade
