I wish this same defense/protection of potential investors was considered when predictions and assumptions of problems, challenges and “what if a meteor hits” were brought forward. Don’t see those notions being challenged which is interesting.

Are we fact based or good with assumptions and conclusions as long as they fit our view of the world?

It will seem logical to some/many that anyone willing to sign a contract has seen the product and likely the method by which it was created and delivered. That, for some, will qualify as “proof of concept”. Because it doesn’t meet everyone’s definition doesn’t mean it won’t meet others.

As more is revealed, more will be known by the general public and investor community. As others have said, some are willing to invest now with what they know. Others will wait for more proof. Neither is wrong. Wanting and clamoring for more likely won’t move the needle much. To each their own.

The plan is in place and being executed, whether we like the plan or not.
