The assets were liquidated in the shut down that we know. What we also know is the Patents were split into two separate groups One being the now "Iron Oaks" which is owned by the same people who started RMTD and a number of other associated companies.The patents do not belong to T or V. The other 21 went to what is now another company in TN who is doing just fine and growing.
One can legitimately say RMTD owns nothing but there is no disputing the fact that the patents remain in the hands of people associated with the RMTD.
