The MOST that can be shorted is possibly what is in the convertible notes. I didn't read into the 1-A to see if those were available for derivatives. Shorting is unrealized gains until they are covered, which has to be done at some point. IF that is the intent of our comment. Making the connection between market cap and how much money they line their pockets with is reckless and incorrect. Even at the .0018 offering price, the daily volume can only absorb so much of those shares for them to cash out, then they are stuck paying more than their offering. Not to mention the 40-35% discount their notes will carry on top of that.
If you really are playing this as a pump play, you know this cycle creates covers and pumps. From what I see in their pipeline they have 3-4 solid news events that could get this to run. They have at their disposal the means and funds to make those news stories real and be running grow and retail.
