I have not seen anything about this note since July. According to the last count they may still have a few hundred million shares available. It depends on how badly Blue Citi crushes the price while converting. You can bet they will max out the authorized share count before the split. Jason can simply raise the AS if he wants. No vote needed from shareholders since he has controlling interest and makes all decisions. He raised the AS four times in 2020.
