“Hedge Funds investing big”? How you figure? I’m pretty sure when hedge funds buy they just buy large amounts of common stock from the current OS shares like you and me. This financing deal is nothing more then all financing deals. Money for stock that hasn’t been issued yet but will be when exercised with warrants to boot, which require more shares to be issued. That’s why the stock price did nothing but go down. Pure dilution taking place.
