TORONTO, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - New Wave Mobile, Inc. - NWWM - through its 100% owned WagerPhone (WP) has signed a deal with Great Pacific Investments (GPI) and Kiro Corp S.A. (KIRO) to acquire existing interests in its upcoming Joint Ventures and assist in securing clients across LATIN AMERICA.

This agreement will provide WP with the rights to existing clients, relationships and revenue streams. WP will leverage these relationships to increase its speed to market and solidify a diverse international portfolio of clients.
