Sells at the bid and the bid not reducing would constitute being absorbed IMO. It would be a good idea to sell if you're sure it's going to trip 1s.

Not sure where "imminent news" came from but the last 8k mentions there will be follow-up filings with more details. Go through the years worth of filings if you are unsure of your investment.

I'm still in for the same reasons I was before this recent run, Reverse Merger and Stock Dividend details are expected. I'm willing to wait until then. It was a lot harder harder holding when there weren't filings giving us any idea what was to come, this is pretty easy IMO.
