Per Nevada County California court records, Brewbilt Manufacturing is currently being sued for Breach of Contract. Case filed 11/12/20. Other than Brewbilt Manufacturing, The CEO and what is probably his wife, the other Defendant is a Scott Sand.

This might be one hell of a coincidence, but this could be none other than penny stock swindler and convicted felon Scott Sand who was also involved with Siml in the past.

Way too many red flags here to be ignored or justified with ridiculous mental gymnastics.
