I would call those that believe a stock that has failed at everything it was attempted over the last 3 years is finally going to hit a home run selling cbd smoke with no real changes in management is mindless.


They lost BLF
They lost Elliot's PB
They lost the Brazilian nutraceutical company
They didst sell a single mask from their PPE company during the worst pandemic in 100 years.
Their books were so bad their top 10 accountants refused to do their books.

Toro is owned by the new ceo of vrus. It is a foreign llc. All I can see is more scams until in the future.
