The toll-free number associated with their Colorado Springs address is inactive. At the bottom of their website, that number is more recently associated with a Carlsbad, CA address. Clearly, this implies that a corporate information update at OTC Markets will need to happen- something to keep an eye out for. EDIT: Is it just me or did the company info at otcmarkets literally just get updated to Carlsbad, CA from Colorado Springs?

However, if you call the CEO's number listed at https://420prop.com/contact/contact-information/ , it rings through to his personal voicemail.

The CFO is the same here as at GRSO, and his speciality is in mergers and acquisitions. Why bring him on? Further, the CEO is not your normal CEO. A horse wrangler located in rural British Columbia, he runs a successful company which provides horse stuntwork for films and television shows and is actively contracted with many ongoing film and television projects. This implies large land holdings. I don't think he has a reason to be running a scam- instead, I think he's leveraging his personal assets and land connections in BC to acquire properties which will eventually be used for cannabis cultivation. Then he's going to hand the reins off to someone with experience to manage it (hence, "interim president").
