Understood, just wanted to clarify, I understand that the merger cannot happen without it, so that means STHC is still an empty shell. That means there is nothing preventing them from getting current.

Frankly, I do not understand why they would not want to get current as is to avoid any potential issues, then they can quickly announce the merger being completed once the NI is done and then issue the NI report without having to worry about issing material news with a stop sign.
