The $500mm is from the parent company Soglowek. Zoglo's, the ones reverse merging, would be a percentage of that $500mm. How much I have no idea. But they must be seeing enough of an annual sales increase to warrant spinning it off. And the stock should receive a high price to sales multiple because plant based meat stocks are a hot trend right now.
