I'm replying here to a LLBO post of mine from 2016 but it's still true today: Holmes has been promising FDA submissions for almost 20 years now and never delivered.

I've been following LLBO for a long time. Before 2016 we all posted on yahoo. I really enjoy following a zombie biotech, watching it stagger around, refusing to die. LLBO could stagger around for a dozen more years -- the SEC doesn't care.
