I took the perspective of that letter into account. It's probably an auto-generated report they get for tickers without any filings and because there are no sec filings, and the stock is active, to them it looks like we're playing around and the letter gets sent. That's the only rational reason I can think of.

They are not able to say exact date of news release but business doing well and expanding
