What would be the reason that they would now say they will do a R/S when just a few months ago they said they would then decided against it?

Seems more likely that they are raising capital to pay off debt or to make another acquisition.

Was the new CFO brought on to help manage this?

It is hard to hold on in times like this, but the underlying business model and revenue growth is still there.

I won't sell until after earnings when I may take some profits but I am holding the majority of my shares for the long haul.
