TNMD bottom line post- out of the 3 companies lead by the CEO this one has the most substance by far, a profitable acquisition has closed. Nothing against the other 2 of course, I'm just stating substance does matter to many investors over hope.

They have stated major revenues about to be announced.

The A/S was increased by about 470 million RESTRICTED shares while the UNRESTRICTED O/S stayed at 6,657,924. This was an all stock transaction.

The CEO clearly sees the substance I mention and thats why they have already started the up-listing process.

Lastly, investors like momentum and that comes from catalysts, not stalls and hoping for catalysts, since we are about to get the first PR on the closed acquisition you can bet they can start rolling out all the other updates that go with it.

We are lucky to be here so early imo
