He was not quiet about everything. He announced the trial start 3 times and then realizing he could not keep announcing that it would start, he finally announced very quietly in a 10 Q that it hd started.

How quiet is that? Start Q4 and start Jan and start week 1 Feb?

All wrong.

Not quiet.

Just wrong.

Something happened? There we agree. Obviously, since the start was delayed 3 times after the start was announced
