POSSIBLE MERGER OF GULF CRAFT INTO VICTORY MARINE HOLDINGS.

About a year ago on LinkedIn, Orlando Hernandez, CEO of Victory, started taking a big interest in Gulf Craft posts. In the last year he has liked or commented on 12 of their posts... far more than any other company he has taken interest in. This was the FIRST post he liked. A call for new distributors.

In the post, it says that Gulf Craft is starting its new global expansion efforts. Gulf Craft has wanted to expand for a while. And the new CEO has his eyes set on that endeavor.

However, Gulf Craft hasn’t just wanted to expand globally... they’ve wanted to go PUBLIC. Here’s two articles, one from 2013 and another from 2017, both talking about Gulf trying to go public.

THIS IS WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING.

In just the last couple weeks @Victory_Yachts has tagged Majesty yachts (A brand of Gulf Craft) and the UAE (Where they operate)

Now, why would they do that? Victory is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Worlds away from the UAE and Gulf Craft.

In our opinions we think that, bare minimum, Victory has a partnership lined up with Gulf Craft. Though, given Gulfs history of wanting to go public, we believe that Gulf Craft is going to merge into Victory Marine Holdings.

In this tweet from Gulf Craft you’ll see that they were in Fort Lauderdale at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS)

VICTORY HAS GIVEN CLUES BEFORE

In early February Victory tagged $MPX in a tweet. Once again, why would they do that? Why would they promote a huge marine stock that trades on the NYSE?

A week later we got our answer. Victory had formed a partnership with a subsidiary of MPX: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VMHG/news/Shareholders-Update-for-Victory-Marine-Holdings?id=289249

This chain of events proves that Victory’s tags aren’t just for the heck of it. They aren’t just for fun. They mean something.

So, I’ll ask again. Why tag the UAE and Majesty?

WHAT GULF CRAFT BRINGS TO THE TABLE

Gulf Craft has been around for decades and is one of the elite, world class yacht builders. They are known and respected worldwide. Look at the Wikipedia page. Look at their awards. Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gulf_Craft

Gulf Craft is STILL a private company so we only know what they tell the world. But, consider this next picture. In 2015 they built 40-50 yachts. The average yacht in the world costs 8 million dollars. They would be 320-400 MILLION DOLLARS a year in revenue. Imagine that squeezing into Victory’s 2.8 million float.

Look how big their primary facility is.
