It would appear as if Mr Vance has put forth his 'options' plan.

RSU's for those who don't know are essentially options but without the risk of options. IE if the share price tanks and you have options, they can expire worthless. RSU's guarentee a basic return.

When the RS fails, you go to plan B......

My goodness - just when you though the reprice to $3.40 wasn't bad enough.

A very Bernholtz thing to do here...but then again, Mr Vance is under investigation...
