Canadians will be trading soon enough.

It is the prerogative of a CEO when PRs are released. Certainly doesn't make someone a crook.

Nobody who bought over .10 is getting screwed. This stock will recover well past its highs very soon and those that bought at .14+ will be doubling their money if they have held through the BS. I still have millions of shares and I will continue to have millions of shares. Do I sound worried?
