The CE was placed back in 2010 approx due to CEO diluting and got caught in a scam. He has an order never to be allowed be a director or involved in a penny stock again for life.

The new blood here and large volume buys suggets something is dawning.

Many CE and off the otc markets stocks are having new life bred into them. Costs money to take over a fully structured shell.

Lets see how this plays out though.
Funnt how things changed rapidly when the law changed more recently. A lot of 13 g forms being produced even 8k and 10k forms Have a look across all the boards and see that there is resurgence in companies, as like you say over 2300 tickers got the chop.

Although there will be flippers shaking and rolling from 3 up to 7 again. Break 7 I will wait for filings
