An 8k is more to cover PR and 8k alone would still be insufficient for this kind of news. We eventually need to see either a Form 4, Schedule 13D, Section 13(a) or 23(a) Statement of Beneficial Ownership(which hasn't been updated with the SEC since 03/17).

I don't know which form is appropriate or whether we even have an obligation to file these with our current status, so if everyone is happy to stay pink forever it may not be technically required, but I want to see something with teeth and know that we are moving toward a fully reporting issuer eligible for eventual uplisting
