All that is needed is the information to go public that many of the holders of contracts DO NOT plan on settling at this low price -

They will demand a solid premium to roll the contract forward.

They will demand the contract price rise to meet what the physical is selling at (25+% above current price).

Everyone already knows the physical supply can barely cover the needs of industrial production, let alone what is used as coins or bars, the store of value.

We are near the break upwards point where SLV runs to 30+
